Savira Aerospace Private Limited is founded by three visionary leaders—Santhosh Reddy Maligireddy, Vinod Kumar Pagadala, and Ramesh Beemani—who bring together a unique combination of technical expertise, operational excellence, and business acumen to create a formidable force in the aerospace and defense industry.
Formed with the immediate vision to cater to defense requirements with services like manufacturing, mechanical and electronics integrations, Savira Aerospace is visioned to be a key role player in the defense industry and cater to commercial aviation requirements as well.
We are establishing our new plant in Adibatla with world-class infrastructure to give customer satisfaction and deliver excellence in every project we undertake.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Vinod Kumar Pagadala brings comprehensive expertise in Operations Management, Configuration Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Management Systems. His leadership spans the entire operational spectrum—from strategic business development and cross-functional team building to hands-on production planning, human resources, information technologies, and supply chain management.
He has successfully led companies to attain aerospace certifications like AS9100D/ISO 9001, demonstrating deep understanding of quality standards and compliance requirements. Known for his operational excellence and ability to build robust organizational structures, he effectively bridges strategic vision with practical execution, ensuring seamless coordination across all business functions.

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Ramesh Beemani leads the design, development, and realization of high-precision pneumatic systems and valves for demanding aerospace and defence applications. His expertise spans the complete product lifecycle—from concept and detailed design to assembly, testing, qualification, and deployment.
He has worked extensively on mission-critical pneumatic valves and air treatment systems, meeting stringent performance, reliability, and safety requirements for strategic and high-reliability programs. Known for his disciplined engineering approach and strong system-level understanding, he effectively bridges advanced design with practical manufacturability.

Managing Director (MD)
With 10+ years of experience in CNC manufacturing business, Santhosh Reddy Maligireddy brings unique business exposure and operational expertise to Savira Aerospace. As the founder of "Sri Mahalakshmi Engineering Works," he has established strong relationships with key defense and aerospace organizations including DRDL, HAL, Avantel, Icomm, and RCI, demonstrating deep understanding of the industry's operational requirements and business dynamics.
His hands-on experience in accounts and finance, procurement, machine shop operations, and plant maintenance provides critical operational foundation for Savira Aerospace. Known for his practical business acumen and ability to identify and fill operational gaps, he effectively bridges financial management with manufacturing operations, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
